At Reloved Again, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original condition. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garment back into its original packaging, ensuring the Reloved Again security tag is intact and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
